As you may already be aware, the government have given the go ahead for salons in the UK to reopen their doors for hair services from the 4th July.
We can't wait to see you all, fill the salon with laughter and make you all feel your best.
As a result of the new climate, the new health and safety recommendations we have had to put in place, the new treatments, new products and new equipment added to our existing services and also the extra training courses we have all completed, we have had to review our prices.
We want to take every precaution we can but sadly this comes at extra expense so therefore we will be introducing a surcharge ranging from £3-£5 depending on the service whilst we are in this pandemic. Then of course this will be dropped when it is safe to do so and the restrictions are lifted.
The new safety measures and guidance are below............
WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR APPOINTMENT
Before your appointment we will contact you and ask some questions to make sure it's safe to proceed with your service (this is a mandatory government requirement)
Please arrive alone (where possible) and on time for your appointment, wait outside the salon and we will call you through.
we can no longer accept walk in appointments so please contact us to book. Our appointments are also limited to reduce the volume of people for distancing and times of services will be longer to allow for all the extra precautions in place.
There is no legal requirement for you to wear masks in the salon but we advise that you do.
We ask that once you are in the salon and receiving your treatment, that you do not use your phone or go into your belongings until the treatment is finished. Also please limit personal belongings to essential items where possible.
As you enter the salon there will hand sanitising facilities in view and we ask that you use them immediately upon arrival.
The salon will be thoroughly disinfected every day and each area will be sanitised on a regular basis.
There will be markings on the floor to guide you around the salon and make the whole process easier to follow and encourage distancing.
Unfortunately we will not be able to offer hot drinks for the foreseeable future but we will have water in paper cups available.
We will try to remain cashless for the time being, so card payments are preferred.
Please stay home if you are feeling unwell in any way and contact us. Also if you experience any symptoms upto 14 days after your appointment, please let us know. If any of us start to feel poorly we will self isolate immediately and someone will contact you to notify you.
